It Is The Sodium Salt Of Benzoic Acid And Exists In The Form Of White Powder/Granular Solid And Is Water Soluble. Often Combined With Potassium Sorbate In Low Ph Products It Provides A Synergistic Preservative Effect Against Yeast And Mould.
