Brewing Care Instructions

  • Before First Use Remove All Labels And Packaging.
  • Hand Wash All Parts With Warm Water And Rinse Thoroughly.
  • Season The Pot By Making 2–3 Pots Of Coffee Before Regular Use.
  • Fill The Lower Chamber With Cold Water Just Below The Valve.
  • Insert The Funnel And Fill It With Coffee Ground Specifically For A Moka Coffee Maker. Do Not Tamp The Grounds.
  • Remove Any Coffee Grounds From The Edge Of The Funnel Before Securely Screwing The Upper Section Onto The Base.
  • Place The Coffee Maker On A Suitable Stovetop With A Burner Size That Matches The Base.
  • For Gas Stovetops Ensure The Flame Does Not Extend Around The Sides Of The Pot.
  • Heat Until The Water Boils And Coffee Begins Flowing From The Centre Post. A Gurgling Sound Is Normal During Brewing.
  • Remove From The Stove When The Upper Chamber Is Full. Stir The Coffee Gently Before Serving To Help Balance The Different Coffee Layers.
