The Fat Boy™ line of sheaths includes the classic Fat Boy™ Thin and the Fat Boy™ Ultra Fat formerly known as the Fat Boy Sport as well as two textured models: the Fat Boy™ Checker Plate and Fat Boy™ Micro Rib. All models are packaged in vertical storage packaging. The Checker Plate texture is designed for increased stimulation for the receiver while the Micro Rib texture provides gentler stimulation. Both textured models are available in three size options.
The Fat Boy™ products are referred to as sheaths a category originally created by the manufacturer. The Fat Boy™ was the first soft stretchy sheath developed designed to enhance pleasure for both partners by adding girth and providing stroker action. The sheaths are made from SilaSkin™ a soft silky and stretchy thermoplastic rubber/silicone material used in production.
The sheaths are designed to provide added girth for the receiving partner and stroker stimulation for the wearer with interior nubs and ribs. They are comfortable easy to put on and remove and stay in place due to a closed tip and a thick loop that wraps around the base of the scrotum providing additional stimulation during use.

The Ultra Fat models add approximately 25 millimetres to girth the Thin models add approximately 13 millimetres and the Checker Plate and Micro Rib models add approximately 18 millimetres.
