Inside The Casting There Are Two 304 Stainless Product Lines Each Measuring Five Point Five Metres Long With A Diameter Of Six Point Five Millimetres.Br>The Inlets And Outlets On The Cold Plate Feature Standard Mfl Threads.Br>With An Ambient Beer Temperature Of Twenty Degrees Celsius And A Flow Rate Through The Cold Plate Of Three Hundred Millilitres Per Ten Seconds Along With Seventy Per Cent Coverage Of Ice In Contact With The Cold Plate You Will Be Able To Reduce The Temperature Of The Liquid As It Exits The Cold Plate To Below Four Degrees Celsius With A Single Pass Through This Cold Plate.Br>If Your Beer Is Warmer Than Twenty-Eight Degrees Celsius We Recommend Either Slowing Your Flow Rate Through The Cold Plate Or Alternatively Having The Beverage Pass Through The Cold Plate Twice By Looping It Back Through The Second Product Line. This Will Mean You Can Only Serve One Keg From The Plate Chiller But Will Ensure That The Beverage Dispenses At A Suitable Temperature.Br>The Most Common Way To Use This Type Of Cold Plate Is To Attach It To The Bottom Of An Esky Or Cooler; Drill Holes Through The Esky Wall To Mount Shanks And Taps And Then Glue The Cold Plate To The Floor Of The Esky With Some Polyurethane Adhesive (Waterproof).Br>Made From Thick Cast Aluminium This Plate Acts As A Large Heatsink To Absorb Heat Efficiently From Your Beer.

Operational Instructions:Br>1. Place The Cold Plate Into Your Cooler Box Or Ice Well. If You Want To Stop It From Moving Around Use Some Polyurethane-Based Glue; This Will Enable You To Secure It Down.
2. Fill The Esky Or Cooler Box With Ice. Cold Plates Require Direct Contact Between Ice And Aluminium Casting; Therefore You Must Drain Off Any Water For Optimal Performance (This Is Different From Cooling Coils That Require An Ice-Water Slurry).
3. Set Your Keg Pressure Between Twenty And Thirty Pounds Per Square Inch. It Is Essential That You Use Higher Pressure To Move The Beer Through The Plate. Ensure Your Kegs Are Sitting At A Temperature Around Twenty Degrees Celsius As Colder Beverages Are More Likely To Take On Carbonation At Higher Pressures.
