Finger paint
Although the name of this product implies that the paint is applied with the fingers only the creation actually involves the use of the hands and lower arms too. Use the entire arm to smooth the paint on the paper prior to more detailed modeling with the fingers and other parts of the hands. Sometimes sponges clothes and other tools are used to obtain a specific texture.
