- 1. Chair mat with grippers is for use on carpet please do not use on floors.
- 2. Flatten the mat by placing some non-sharp heavy objects on top as it is packaged in a roll-up shape.
- 3. If it’s still unflattened run it with hot water let it cool down then pull it outwards to flatten it.
