1. Chair mat with grippers is designed for carpet please do not use it on floors.
2. Flatten the mat by placing some non-sharp heavy objects on top as it is packaged in a roll-up shape.
3. If it remains unflattened please run it with hot water let it cool down and then pull it outwards to flatten it.
